The McKenzie Group Investigation Fees & Consulting Schedule
INVESTIGATIVE & INTELLIGENCE SERVICES
Time and time again, we are asked, "How much would it cost to...?"
It is a common question, but a difficult answer because no two cases will utilize the same methods, practices and time involvement.
After consulting with the client, we generally answer that common question by quoting them a retainer based on the information they have provided. The retainer is based on a formula of how much time and expense we believe the case will involve. Any unused portion of the retainer is refunded to the client upon completion of the assignment.
Other assignments may be quoted a "flat fee" rate, or a "daily fee" rate, depending on the case. But generally our agents are billable by the hour, plus expenses and therefore a retainer is required prior to beginning the investigation.
CONSULTING AND SEMINARS:
Like our investigative services, we will customize our seminars to fit your needs and budget. Seminars average 6 to 8 hours and vary depending on the topic.
Class sizes vary and can be as few as one or two attendees to large groups.
Prices may be per student or negotiated and customized to suit your business needs.
Our classes are taught by qualified, accredited and reputable experts in their respective fields.
PROCESS SERVICE FEES:
Our professional and dedicated process servers are effective in serving your legal documents to the most difficult repentant in a prompt and discrete manner. As investigators themselves, they are trained to document all aspects of the service; not simply the date and time served, but personal, property and vehicle descriptions as well. This can assist in assessment of judgment recovery as well as verify the execution of service.
Process services begin as low as $45.00. We can reasonably serve legal documents across the country and around the world with our extensive network of process servers. Our flat rate fees include unlimited attempts (within reason), all mileage and notary service.

NAPPS is a Worldwide Organization of process servers that adhere to high ethical standards and are a collection of the most outstanding individuals in the profession.
