INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES

Time and time again, we are asked "How much would it be to...?"
And, in most cases, we will have a reply.  However, not every case will involve the same fee or retainer.

Generally, as with most other agencies, we will require an up-front retainer, of which any unused portions will be returned to the client.
We may charge a "flat rate" fee, a daily fee or charge hourly, depending on the case details and client request.

Our surveillance operations for a workers compensation or insurance fraud case will generally stay in the $80.00 per hour, plus expenses, range. However, certain cases will require more than one investigator and in that case, we will require a higher hourly rate.

A Matrimonial or domestic case may range differently, from case to case. For example, a domestic case may be $75.00 to $95.00 per hour, plus any expenses.  Expenses will include mileage to, from and while on the case, film or videotape, audio tape and any other expense related to the investigation.
Or, after discussing your options, we may charge a flat rate of $250 or $350 per day.

Undercover operations are an entirely different type of investigation. This will be carefully consulted prior to quoting a price, but will typically be daily fee, (for example we will say $250.00 per day) plus the regular hourly employee rate as paid to the investigator just as a regular employee would be expected to be paid. This is done so that no suspecion is drawn to the investigator by a possible corrupt employee within that department.
This is done for the safety of our operative, and for the of the operation.

Some primary factors of determining client costs may include the nature of the investigation, the number of agents required, the area in which the investigation resides, the risks that are involved, the difficulty of the investigation and the information that we have available.

Other services include skip tracing, background checks, full background (including criminal history), debt collection, security assessment, personal protection and much more.

To retain our services, as hundreds of businesses, attorney firms and other organizations have, then simply contact our office to speak to one of our agents.  We will first provide you with a free consultation (in person or over the phone) to determine if we can be of assistance and if there are other, more economical avenues for you to explore before retaining an investigative agency.  Once we have agreed to serve you, then our primary focus is to obtain the results that you need.
